You're Doing What?!

From now on I won't be posting this blog to Facebook very often. Call it a New Year's resolution, of sorts. I don't want to fill up your newsfeed and I just feel like this is the right time to make a change.

This blog serves as a journal for me and an update for family members & friends; a chance to share pictures and stories. Personally, I want to keep the focus on documenting our lives and having a place to look back and see what we did each year. One day we'll publish a book of posts for each year to store on our family bookshelf. A yearbook collection of our very own. For now, this is where it is stored.

I know that Facebook is the only way some of you access the blog and I hope you'll continue to follow it or check-in every now and then. If you'd like to get updates on when I post, there's a spot in the sidebar to sign up for email updates.

The frequency of posts to the blog won't be changing. The posts will still have far too many pictures of Ian and details of his developments. We'll still tell you about how life is going. I love writing here. I love sharing pictures. And I love hearing from you, so feel free to comment in the comments section. Perhaps I'll change my mind one day, but this is the route we're going right now.

We have a handful of loyal followers and I am so grateful for you. Thanks for journeying with us through life, parenthood, and our medical adventure. I'm humbled that you choose to read these posts. It truly touches me to know that people from throughout my lifetime are thinking of, praying for, and sharing in our joys and tears. I hope you'll stick around!

Here's to a great 2015!
