Ian turned ONE last week!! It was certainly a cause for celebration. Unfortunately, he wasn't feeling so well and though Jim had a day off, we didn't think that the hike we'd planned was the best way to spend that day. So, we had a family day at home and it was really, really nice.
My sister, Phoebe, and her boyfriend, James, came in on the tail end of it to join us for dinner! More pictures and info on their visit to come. Thanks for coming by, you two!
As a gift to me, Jim willingly posed for some family pictures in the backyard to commemorate Ian's first birthday. Thank you to Phoebe for being the photographer!! Since I, as you well know, cannot choose just one or two pictures, here are my favorites :)
