Liesl is SEVEN Months Old!

This little darling turned 7 months old on Christmas Day, 2018. What a joy, what a delight! These photos were taken a few days after the seven month mark because we were so enjoying celebrating the holiday season with first my side of the family and then Jim's parents.

This little love soaked up so many lovely snuggles, giggles, babbles, and smiles from her many adoring family members. She came down with her first bad cold around Christmas and therefore also desired a lot of mama time. Because of the cold, her sleep was in flux again, but her sweet and content nature carried on regardless of her misery.

She started sitting with some assistance this month and pushing up into cobra pose. 

She began saying "Mama" and started paying a lot of attention to sign language for "more" and "all done."

Aunt Christine gave her this adorable dress for Christmas and it brings out these beautiful blue eyes that keep us mesmerized daily.

She's always quick with a smile, but our camera only comes out for these monthly sessions and she spends much of the time searching for me behind the camera and wondering what the shutter sounds mean :)

She's delightful from her head to her toes. These beautiful blue eyes and her darling rolls.

Her hair remains quite blonde, with a hint of strawberry in the ends. The roots seem to be growing in quite blonde. 

I love watching her hands as she navigates using her fingers to grasp things.

She still topples over while she's sitting, but is very fond of her ability to see the world around her from a higher level.

You love: sitting, calling for mama, pushing up with your arms into a cobra position, babbling, watching the world around you, trying new foods, hearing us sing, being worn in the carrier for outings. 

We adore you!!!!
